attentive staff convenient location personal touch
i found the staff consistently attentive. they greeted me by name, showing genuine care (a lovely personal touch!). the location proved very convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.
the air conditioning unit emitted a noticeable sound throughout the night.

genuine smiles meticulously cleaned room attentive service
the staff greeted me with genuine smiles. the room was meticulously cleaned, a detail i always notice (it shows pride in their work). the bacchus restaurant provided a special dining experience, with attentive service. i especially loved the fresh flowers throughout the lobby, they added such a nice touch.
the noise from street traffic was noticeable during the night. it disrupted my otherwise peaceful sleep. perhaps soundproofing improvements could address this issue.

the concierge offered helpful suggestions for local attractions. turn-down service included bedside water and chocolates. staff promptly addressed any requests or inquiries i had regarding my stay.

dated rooms charging ports
The location is central. It was easy to get around.
The room felt old. There were hardly any charging ports for electronics, which I found inconvenient. I also noticed the patio door didn't lock, this was concerning. We felt somewhat uneasy due to this security issue.

charging port unsecured patio door
the staff was very helpful .
i found the lack of charging ports frustrating. the patio door, it was not secure because it did not lock. it really was a concern.

insufficient lighting outdated plugs
The location is central, a fact I did appreciate.
The room felt dated. Lighting was insufficient. A proper full-length mirror with adequate lighting is necessary. Modernization is required for the bedroom to match its price. The bedside plugs were ancient.
